Why I Decided to Start Nutrition Coaching

I have been reading and writing about nutrition for the past 7 years.

This love of nutrition led me to become a certified nutritionist more than 2 years ago.

I am simply obsessed with nutrition for health, performance, and longevity.

This is what I think about in my spare time and what I am constantly experimenting with in my own life.

Some time ago, I started thinking about what my ideal day would look like.

This is an interesting practice for anyone to go through.

Through this self-reflection, I realized my perfect day would include reading and writing about health and nutrition in the morning, following by coaching health and nutrition in the afternoon.

Structuring my day in this manner would allow me to satisfy my personal passions, while also making a meaningful contribution to improve other people's lives.

I believe my main professional contribution is to help people live a truly healthy lifestyle. I want to help people cut through all the clutter out there to focus on what really works.

I’ve noticed that when you improve your health, all other aspects of your life improve as well — work performance, personal life, confidence, etc.

Health is a means to an end, but through good lifestyle habits, achieving better health is within our control and is a gateway to broader life satisfaction.

Nutrition is what I think about day in and day out, and I want to help others leverage nutrition to improve their overall health and vitality.

When something gives you joy and benefits others at the same time, that is your sweet spot.

I have found my sweet spot through nutrition research, writing, and coaching.

If you are looking to improve your nutrition to become healthier, perform better, and live longer, please feel free to contact me for 1-on-1 nutrition coaching.
