How to Eat as Much as You Want Without Gaining Weight
It is very hard to stick with a diet if you are constantly hungry.
Fortunately, there is a way to eat as much as you want, without going hungry or gaining weight.
The key is to understand the concept of calorie density — the amount of calories in a food relative to its weight or volume.
Some foods are very calorically dense (packing in a lot of calories without much substance) while others are calorically light (packing in a lot of food without many calories).
Examples of calorically dense food include the obvious bad ones — candy, chips, pastries, cakes, fast food, etc.
But many healthy foods are also calorically dense — for example, nuts, avocado, and olive oil. It’s not that you shouldn’t eat these foods, but you can’t eat as much of them as you want without gaining weight.
To eat as much as you want without gaining weight, you need to base your diet around calorically light foods that also fill you up.
There are 3 primary food groups that will accomplish this goal — lean protein, non-starchy vegetables, and fruit.
You can eat much lean protein, non-starchy vegetables, and fruit as your stomach can handle, without any waistline repercussions.
