Get Healthier by Increasing Protein and Decreasing Carbs
Yesterday I wrote about the 30/30 Diet and how powerful it can be for fat loss and muscle maintenance/growth.
I have experienced the benefits of this eating plan firsthand.
The guiding principle is incredibly simple — eat no less than 30 grams of protein and no more than 30 grams of carbs at every meal.
Eat 3 meals per day.
Cut the quantities in half for snacks — eat no less than 15 grams of protein and no more than 15 grams of carbs at every snack.
Eat 2–3 snacks per day.
Do resistance training 2 times per week.
That’s it — follow this incredibly simple plan and you will feel satiated all day long, drop unwanted fat (especially belly fat), and preserve lean muscle.
Forget all of the other diets and hacks.
